Would we have to sponsor in order to also have a guest speaker?

What is the size of the sponsorship booth?
I'm picturing a table with some space for a pop-up? We have not worked out the layout of the event yet. We will have huge party tents erected and an area dedicated to booths within them. In the past, some of our sponsors didn't show up to exhibit. We may be able to accommodate your need for space and for the pop-up. Any creativity is welcome. Can you provide details?

How do you determine what leads get distributed? We saw that depending on the level of sponsorship, you receive a different number of leads. Are these randomly selected, or does some account alignment play a factor?
We ensure that the leads you obtain are actual leads to the best of our ability. I typically organize the leads to the best of my ability into sponsors/Event Staff, Leads, Students, and misc. As you know, some hackers love to sign up with throwaway emails they create for events; we cannot prevent that.
We also hope that you engage with the students if you have training or job openings. We engage with many of the college cyber security programs around the Bay Area, and some of the 'students' are not new to CS; they are actually working professionals obtaining their Master's or getting a formal degree in Cyber Security.

With the end of the year, the budget is getting tight, and we will also have to account for travel costs. Would you consider offering a discount for the sponsorship cost?
Which sponsorship spot are you considering, and how much of a discount?
Please note that since we are a registered 5013c non-profit, I have seen some companies be able to write off the sponsorship on their taxes. Let us know if you need documentation.
Regarding traveling, we will have a block of rooms available as many guest speakers and staff will fly in from out of town. I will be sure to get that information to you to help with the budget.
